And, because the application has the option of sharing the data with a financial consultant online and real-time, no additional staffing was needed for personalized customer assistance.

The application is a comprehensive hands-on online financial planning application to create a long-term financial plan and analyze the ramifications of financial decisions and varying economic conditions ahead. It completely models the financial future, year-by-year, with easy-to-use graphs and charts to show precisely what the effects that future decisions or economic conditions would have on the financial plan. Retail & Logistics

IQ designed, developed and implemented complete migration of the web application powering one of the largest online computer stores in the ANZ region. The work included migrating the desktop database to transactional SQL backend and further enhancements. IQ developed a high-end and complex PC builder component for the application as part of the application enhancement. The PC’s built can be saved in multiple configurations, compared and ordered online with ease-of-use. The application is integrated with the back-end warehouse for real-time inventory management which helps the online application automatically synchronize with the legacy system and updates several times a day. The application also has Price watch and stock watch which notifies the customer of her price range is met or if the stock is available or not.

IQ developed a Data Mart for a leading reverse logistics and a product liability management company in North America. The client required a system that would consolidate the company’s data to facilitate business decisions and to monitor and report critical business performance indicators. The project was fairly complicated as the system needed to accept data from multiple sources and generate reports based on data spanning all these data sources without resorting to repetitious data entry. The application IQ developed has a web interface which makes access to the information simple. New features in the reporting format allows the user to save the report online as well as save the report as a PDF file.

Our client, based in India required a custom-made Point-Of-Sale for all their retail outlets in their chain. Our solution provided a fully integrated Point of Sale and retail store management solution. It provides total management solution designed specifically for retail businesses from chain and department stores to supermarkets and hypermarkets. The system is capable of collecting high volume data that creates comprehensive business strategies in inventory control, ordering systems, customer analysis and reporting. This application processes high volume transactions immediately and captures and produces real-time data at any point during the transactions. The easy user interface helps just about anyone with basic computer experience and can master the system quickly. The back-end Management System performs in-store office processing including sales & collection report, inventory control, sales promotion and other administrative duties.

Travel

A large hire car management company based in the ANZ region required a system to provide rapid reservations, easy processing and quick turn around. IQ developed an application which consisted of a user section for car bookings, a hire car company section for listing cars, a travel agent section and an Admin section for managing the entire site. The User section can list and book the car by selecting the location, date & time, drop location and drop date-time. The number of bookings and the rental rate will depend on the season and the pick-up location. With out application all these requirements are met besides being able to accept reservations on a 24/7 basis. The hire car companies can list their cars, locations served, rate plan and seasons saved effortlessly over the internet. The travel agent can make bulk booking or on behalf of their client through this application. The entire site is managed by the Admin, who has the ability to manage users, grant access to companies and agents, run reports and even provide newsletters to better serve the existing users.

Healthcare

IQ developed and integrated a health care system with a web-based application for real-time data collection. The web-application collects information on the users health and stores it for further reporting. The health care system connects to this information and manages it further based on the user input.

Legal Services

IQ developed an ASP solution for a company based in North America that does net-based legal placement services. The company has partnered with universities like Harvard, Yale, UCLA and a number of other top law schools to provide online consulting. The application manages Employers and Candidates database and features a high-end online control-panel for the administration. The ASP is completely managed by the control panel and even a new site can be added quickly and effectively.

Education/E-learning

We have also developed an online application for University based in Asia. This features different modules for giving regular updates of the university. It features multiple categories/modules, which will dynamically give regular updates on courses, events, degrees, research, facilities, people, etc. A web-based control panel is used to effectively generate HTML pages for the up-coming event or to add new people.

We have developed an online, interactive E-learning course builder for a client in UK, which helps the user in learning, practicing and getting certified in the specific course.

Telecommunication (Data/Voice Integration)

The application delivers video-staffing: live, on-screen, video employees. With video-staffing, clients can deliver call center or remote based staff to serve customers directly in any retail or service environment. It features two way, real time interactive "Video-Tellers" offering live, in-store customer services (V-Cashiers, V-monitoring, V-tech Support). "V-Tellers" are better, faster and cheaper than conventional in-store customer service representatives. Using proprietary software, combined with a network-neutral approach, the system will install a network of video interaction screens throughout your retail environment. Real Estate

The Property Management Application is specifically designed for both commercial and residential property managers and owners. This application combines the best information functionality and workflow for the management of residential, regulated, commercial and corporate real estate into a hosted, easy-to-use ASP model. The system is fully web enabled and offers an integrated Property Management solution and automates the full functionalities of Property Manager. The end result is that it offers investors and property managers 24/7 accessibility to tools that increase customer service and satisfaction, reduce operating costs, increase return on investment opportunities, and attract - and retain - tenants and residents. The application features faster and effective retrieval of data and automatic creation of various forms. This is being developed for a client in the ANZ region.
